How's the company dealing with the current gas crisis? Higher costs all around?
I have used DHL and FEDEX for most shippign issues to 3rd world countries. But I go myself and carry the items if it is important enough. I have a special delivery to an entertainment site in Brazil and I am goign to hand deliver it personally.
This is a nice find! I have a business which ships slightly larger things and UPS and FedEx will not carry them. I usually get stuck with RAC and I feel like they are really sticking it to me with the cost.
I have used Freight & Shipping, Inc. several times, and have been more than satisfied each time. They are the best shipping logistics company I've ever used. All of my shipments have been LTL and everything has always arrived in excellent condition. Their prices are also the best I've seen.
This company is horrible I used them because of this blog thinking they would be decent. After my transaction I got a rebill for more than double my original price. When I called it took them weeks to anwer a phone to me and they were charging me more than the difference in weight and more than their their markup was. I am supposed to shut just shut up and pay hundreds of dollars because they can charge whatever they want. I would not wish this company on my worst enemy and would recommend paying the extra for the other one in the begining. Because they are just going to charge you that and more after the transaction is said and done.
Agree with anonymous. People abuse cos we never say a word about it, but if we stop using their services and reporting their abuse then we will never have a good quality service.
