During hazardous conditions like fog, snow and heavy rain high intensity headlights or fog lights seem very useful. BUT, for normal conditions they only serve to blind other motorists.
With the advent of xenon headlights, which are very bright, most new cars have become a nuisance. Being blinded by oncoming traffic is a constant threat. In addition, if the driver is aloof enough to drive with their bright lights on, then you better check your seatbelt.
In my opinion, if your vision is poor enough for you to need these very bright lights, then you probably should not be driving.
Here are some tips on driving safety from AARP. Hint! Hint!
This is clearly an instance of new technology being abused.

Microsoft Does it Again - Internet Explorer 7

"Intel giveth..." The problems with (MSFT) Internet Explorer 7 (IE 7) were not fixed in beta and will cause many webmasters and site owners problems.
I tested the beta and was happy to see some new features, but was bombarded with the numerous problems. And since Microsoft is a monopoly, they did not have to clear up all the bugs before releasing the final version.
I had to uninstall the beta and post-release versions because of possible conflicts with other pc applications. The extent of which I have not proved yet, so I will not go into detail.
But, many webmasters are posting problems with IE 7 iframe rendering and active x rules.
this is why techies use firefox
